STUDENT RECORDS

Birthday Report – You have an added option to include a specific day of the month. Now you can report (and text/email) a "Happy Birthday" to only students with a birthday on a specifc day of the year.

Major File – 'DEPARTMENT' has been added to this screen so you can categorize your majors within departments. You will have to populate your Department File.

Contract Setup File – When you input a Contract, the system will look into a new setup file, Contract File Setups, to retrieve any defaults you have set up for the Contract Type being utilized in the Student Contract File.

Transcript on Hold – You can now also put a transcript on hold only if the student has a current balance greater than zero. The on-hold field will now take a B for 'current positive balance' in addition to a 'Y' which still means 'on hold for any reason'.

PROPECT TRACKING/ADMISSIONS

Delinquent Students – When you run the Payment Plan Summary, you will get a second report of who is delinquent. Also, the Trial Balance has an option to print for delinquent students only.
