STUDENT RECORDS

Student Database Listing – The four phone numbers from Student Entry Demographics are now print on this listing.

Externships – - Number of hours for each week can be up to 999.99 now. Also, the Externship Report on the Reports-Academic Menu has been upgraded.

Class Attendance Report – A column for Total Hours (absent + present) has been added for each class.

PROPECT TRACKING/ADMISSIONS

Status Code – The prospect status code will not change back to 'A' for applied once the status has changed to 'E' for enrolled. Thus putting an applied date in the record after the prospect was enrolled, will not remove the 'E' status.

ACCOUNTS RECEIVABLE

Tuition Adjustment Policy – For percent attended, one decimal place is now permitted for the cutoff point.
