This module is designed for you to track students or non-students who are clients of one or more programs in the institution; for example, individuals who receive haircuts, massages, make up, etc.

For repeating clients, they can be entered in the database with an ID number. For one-time clients, you need not enter them to the database--they can also be processed and included in the reporting process.

You can print cash receipts upon receiving payment, and, in addition, print a cash and sales journal. The school can also track inventory for items that are sold.

For institutions running this software package, the journals can optionally tie into the General Ledger of your choice: Great Plains, Peachtree, Quickbooks, and Thoroughbred.
