These new interface enhancements provide customers who have these accounting packages to seamlessly import data to their General Ledger from AS3.

If you currently utilize any of these products (or Thoroughbred's Solution-IV Accounting), you can now import your work from your Accounts Receivable, Customer/Client, and/or Financial Aid Modules.  In the AR module, your Cash Journal and Billing Journal will update General Ledger; in addition, if you track monthly earned tuition, that process can import the earned and deferred tuition to your General Ledger. 

Your financial aid transactions will be posted to your General Ledger when you run your Payments Journal.  Imagine, all the work you do with your financial aid servicer will eventually end up in the appropriate chart of accounts within the General Ledger.

For schools running the Customer/Client software (for billing students and non-students for products and services such as haircuts and massages), the journals in this module will also tie into the General Ledger of your choice!
