As you know, a special file must be sent by October to the DOE with information for students enrolled in any program that leads to a degree (associate, bachelor, graduate or professional) or programs that prepare students for “gainful employment in a recognized occupation”.

Doing this by hand is very time consuming and a waste of office staff. AlaQuest has automated the process with our GE file transfer program that builds the GE file and forwards it to the DOE for processing. Title IV programs are included. All AlaQuest AS3 users can have the program loaded on their system in advance of the October deadline by contacting our Support Department.
